The start date of the 30-day refund qualifying period is from the time you place your order as noted on your order confirmation. To qualify for a full refund, your return package must be postmarked by UPS within 30 days of your start date.
SHIP DATE GUARANTEE
We guarantee delivery of your textbooks no later than the date stated on your order confirmation. If you receive your order later than the date stated, we'll provide a full refund of your shipping costs.
QUALITY OF BOOK GUARANTEE
If you're unhappy with the quality of any book we rent, we'll immediately ship you another copy by the quickest means available. Our only request is that you return the original rental book to Chegg.
Remember that rentals are intended for multiple users. As a courtesy to your fellow students, please limit highlighting and do not write in books. Please also guard against loss, theft, or damage. Be sure to keep them in good condition for the next person!
Chegg makes every effort to include supplementary materials such as CDs, workbooks, and working online access codes with each rental. Unfortunately, Chegg doesn't guarantee that any such accessories accompany textbook rentals.
